The most notable is the construction of a complex of multi-storey apartment buildings, currently being carried out by the company, at 14/10 D. Anakhta St., Yerevan.:
We are building three apartment buildings, two 12-storey (3 floors of underground parking and 9 above-ground floors, 2 of which are public, 7 residential), one 10-storey (1 floor of underground parking and 9 above-ground floors, 1 of which is public, 8 residential). The total area is 28,500 sq. m.The complex has apartments of various sizes from 64 sq. m. to spacious 5-room apartments. The complex has a unique landscape design. The surrounding areas will be landscaped and landscaped, creating comfortable conditions for recreation.
The construction of the “GARUN HILLS” complex buildings began at the end of 2024, concrete work has now been fully completed and work is underway on interior decoration, installation of windows, cladding of exterior walls (facade) and landscaping.We would like to inform you that a significant part of the concrete used in the construction was produced at our concrete plant, and all laboratory test protocols were above the grades stipulated by the project.Windows of buildings, stained glass windows and all balcony doors are manufactured and installed in-house and by the company’s staff.The cladding of the interior and exterior walls is carried out with pumice blocks manufactured by our company, the quality indicators of which are incomparably high.
