The company has completed and has the capabilities to perform specialized construction:

including on high-grade soils: crushing of soil and rock using heavy machinery owned by the company and special special tools specially designed for this purpose, such as hydraulic hammers, rippers, quick-release devices, Mobile crushers, loading and transportation by dump trucks, leveling of the displaced soil, trampling, etc.
Modern technologies
“Sisian Fpat LLC, as part of its policy of constantly updating technical and technological capabilities, became one of the first companies in Armenia to introduce cold asphalt treatment technology by using a self-propelled asphalt treatment plant.” The universal Wirtgen 2200 CR device, which is simultaneously equipped with a bitumen emulsion mixer, a concrete mixer, a concrete mix spreader with vibrators and an automatic asphalt paver assembly system, can simultaneously work as a powerful paver. -The company owns a special self-propelled cement distribution machine Panien PR 460-30, produced in very limited quantities worldwide. -In our work, we also use the technology of mixing minerals with bitumen, for which the company acquired a specialized IQOMAE 6P machine, a bitumen emulsion production plant.
-The company has 2 asphalt production plants in Yerevan and Sisian, stone crushing units: a mobile Sassi wheeled rotary stone crusher and a stationary ,
